printer from ITOverstock.com costed me $80 total, and
STILL NO WORKING PRINTER
This is the first and hopefully
the last time I will ever have to leave bad feedback for any seller on
eBay.

Short Explanation
Charlie Hawkins at ITOverstock.com said he would refund my money for the
first non-functioning printer he sent, but apparently he decided (without
telling me) that he would send another printer. I paid out-of-pocket to
return the first broken printer which showed as delivered to their Bridgeport,
CT address. ITOverstock.com then shipped another broken printer which
arrived visibly broken in two places on the exterior casing of the printer.
The second printer also had a broken piece of plastic that rattles inside
the printer and... oh yeah... did I mention it won't print. I contacted
ITOverstock.com by leaving three voice mails and 4 emails about the second
printer and they never contacted me again by phone or email. By the way,
the phone number listed on their website always goes to voice mail no
matter what time of day or night you call. They probably hoped I'd go
away, but I don't respond happily when someone steals my money then never
responds.
I did contact UPS
about the 2nd broken printer in case it was broken in transit. The UPS
rep on the phone told me most packages that are broken during transit
via UPS will show signs of damage on the outside of the box whether it
be a rip or dent in the box. The box the 2nd printer was shipped in showed
no signs of dents, rips or damage of any kind, but the printer was lazily
packed with very little bubble wrap.

PS - If you notice
the contact by date on the final
message I left with ITOverstock.com, I gave them an extra week and
a half to contact me before I left negative feedback on eBay. This time
stamp shows ample time for them to correct their mistake. Their negative
feedback left recently by other ebayers shows I'm not the first person
to be screwed.
